As a teacher and counselor with 37 years experience, Julia Kopala was the founder of a pilot project in holistic health that was offered at a local high school in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada,from 1999 to 2007. She has both personally and professionally pursued a path of holistic health for over four decades. Parents and students have praised her innovative and timely work. Julia Kopala is an inspired heart-centered teacher on a metaphysical journey with joy as her compass and grace as her companion. Her blog contains some insights she has gleaned thus far.
