About the author
William Carter was born and raised in rural southern Georgia, but currently resides in middle Tennessee with his wife, Marlene, and this two sons, Will and Dylan. He is the author of 'The Search for Savin' Sam' and 'Billy Carter: A Journey Through the Shadows. Carter writes a weekly column for the Williamson Herald, which can be read at williamsonherald.com.
