As the CO-Founder and COO of Community Affects, a nonprofit organization, Dianne is on the forefront as a Community Impact Strategist. After many years of researching ways a community can reach out to neighborhoods, Wes and Dianne founded Community Affects where they train and coach organizations how to bring the city together to help those in need in their community by collaborating more than one entity in the process.
