About the author
As the Co-Founder and COO of CommUNITY Affects, a nonprofit organization, Dianne Higdon is on the forefront of uniting neighbors and businesses as a Community Impact Strategist. After many years of researching strategies of how a community can reach out to neighborhoods, Dianne and her husband Wes, founded Community Affects. They train and coach organizations to bring churches, city organizations, local government and citizens together to help homeowners in their own communities. Through training and coaching, Community Affects helps to make building unity a smoother and enjoyable process. Dianne and her husband Wes have been married for ten years and enjoy working and traveling together.
