About the author
Linda Callecod, president of Seraphim Consulting and Training, is a writer/author, executive coach, OD consultant, keynote speaker, and master trainer/facilitator, with a passion for training trainers - creating high performance teams, and developing leaders at all levels of the organization. Prior to establishing her own company, she was Divisional Vice President of Training and Diversity for a major retailer in Seattle Washington, where she founded an internal training academy - leaving a legacy which continued to develop and educate hundreds of employees in customer service, leadership, and technical skills for years. Ms. Callecod began her professional career teaching and directing an adult music education program and spent eleven years as a songwriter and recording artist. Subsequent to that were three years as a junior high school teacher, and over twenty-five years working, teaching, and coaching in the field of retail - thirteen of which were in human resources and people development. Linda has designed curriculum for management and supervisory skills training, gamification formats, train-the-trainer programs, women's leadership development, faith-based leadership, and diversity awareness and efficacy. She includes teaching and consulting for the University of Washington as part of her long list of credits and was honored as a recipient of the UW Educational Outreach Teaching Excellence Award in Business and Management. She blends a multiplicity of disciplines to create highly effective, engaging, supportive, and entertaining learning experiences, and has the talent to pass this skill on to others.
