The Palestinian Youth Movement's Ghassan Kanafani Scholarship is open to Palestinian residents and citizens of the United States, aged 18-25. Each year, the contribution of prize money to the top three submissions is intended for their educational expenses in order to further their paths of inquiry and creativity. This anthology pulls together the top twenty submissions.

The Palestinian Youth Movement is an independent, grassroots movement of young Palestinians, aged 18 and older. Our belonging to Palestine and our aspirations for justice and liberation motivate us to assume an active role as a young generation in our national struggle for the liberation of our homeland and people.
