About the author
Born in Klamath Falls, Oregon, C.W. Houston graduated from Hillsboro High School and Oregon State University. He served his country for four years as an artillery man in the U.S. Army. He has also earned his way picking strawberries, as a janitor, was hired on to the U.S. Forest Service, worked in a dental lab, and even taught conversational English in South Korea. For the last 10+ years, has been in the employ of Kaiser Permanente Hospital. He enjoys painting, woodworking, rockhounding, the out-of-doors, and of course – writing.
