The Ruby Rose Hotel, Etta's and the Billionaires is a health and fitness novel written to give the reader a better understanding of what a personal trainer can do them. Pointers in strength training, cardio, stretching, and nutrition go on in unsurmountable numbers in the fitness world and you will find many of those pointers in this book. If you are a member of a fitness club or plan to join one this book is for you. It should be in your pocket, on your nightstand, loaned to your buddy, and talked about. It is the beginning of a life-time commitment. In complimenting the book there is a fiction story mixed in with the health and nutrition information. Everyone loves a mystery, and you'll love one. You'll meet gang of wonderful, loving, and entertaining characters who are devising a way to make money on the bad. Robbing the billionaires of their jewelry the night of the Billionaires Gala held at the Ruby Rose Hotel is on their mind.
the Ruby Rose Hotel, Etta's and the Billionaires is a combination of my experience as a former radio broadcaster and a current fitness instructor. It is a book with no ending, only a beginning. It leads the reader into other novel such, "Don't Mess with Stan," or "Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner without Bread." It is a book that continuously winds the back streets and the open roads heading to good health and proper nutrition, it is a non-stop journey. It is fun and exciting, but don't worry, If you miss it today you can catch it tomorrow. But the sooner the better has always been the answer.
