About The Author

Milo Sobel is a rare bird. Although he self-effecingly refers to himself as a "failed Renaissanceman," he is, in fact, an accomplishled world class consultant and lecturer, published composer, published journalist and author. He is also anartist and designer. Sobel earned an MBA from the City University of New York and a doctorate from Columbia University. He is a former president of the National Society for Performance and Instruction and was inducted into the Academy of Management.
