About the author
Evelyn Marshall was born and grew up in Los Angeles, California. She was an English Honors student at California State University, Northridge and taught high school English. She is an avid reader of literary fiction which is reflected in her writing style. Her writing life came late. THE PROVIDER is based on her perceptions of the life of her parents. It is the first and only one of her five novels to treat this personal subject.
