"The Practice Sutras" applies the concepts and ideas in the ancient text "The Yoga Sutras" to the creation of works of art. Artists and creatives in every medium and walk of life encounter many obstacles on their journey, and through their work express and share with the world the depth of their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

In each chapter, there is an "action assignment" that the reader can use to apply the concepts in an artistic way to their life as a creative, and to daily life in the world.
