The Oriskany Button

Lilac Liberty, and her sister Lily embark on a quest to find a Continental Army button that fell off of a soldier during the Battle of Oriskany. Along the way, they meet a kind family who takes them in, and shares the experience. They meet a ghost, make johnny cakes, and get to take home some amazing knowledge. You will too!

Brooke Johnpier is a senior at Wilson Central High School, and lives in Ransomville, NY. Brooke enjoys reading, writing, working on cars, watching TV, listening to music, procrastinating, and going to her local racetrack. Brooke lives on a 50 acre farm with her parents, French Bulldog, and cat.
