This book is a wondrous exploration of the natural side of Brooklyn. A magical journey through the trees, flowers, fish, turtles, birds, cats and sunsets of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Prospect Park, Sheepshead Bay, Coney Island and Brighton Beach, captured in beautiful full color photos that will awe and inspire you.

When you think of Brooklyn you probably think of it as the world capital of hip, with its bars, restaurants, stores and bridges. You think of the hustle and bustle of people, traffic and construction 24/7. Do you ever imagine that there's another side to Brooklyn that lives just around the corner from the busy crowded streets? There is! One with beautiful homes on tree lined streets, with flowers, fish, turtles, cats and birds also calling it home. There's Brighton Beach and Coney Island with the beautiful Atlantic ocean and gorgeous sunsets, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden with magnificent old trees, tulips, roses and egrets at the Lilly Pond. There's Sheepshead Bay in Prospect Park inhabited by graceful geese, swans and ducks. These photos will bring you joy, happiness and inspiration.
