Description

The book takes you down the memory lane navigating human emotions, nature and climate change along the way. The uniqueness lies in coupling of poems and photos, where photos speak to the emotions in the poems. This book is a work of art, brought to life through the serendipitous meeting of two friends who reunited in California after twenty years, just as the Covid-19 pandemic struck. To cope with the sudden lockdown in our lives, we connected through our shared passion for hiking and books. Soon, we found ourselves immersed in conversations about the wonders of nature, the depths of human emotions and the pressing need to address climate change. Our shared experiences sparked a powerful realization: the world needs to hear our voices, our perspectives, and our passion. From this realization came the idea for this book.
