About the author
Jack is a native Californian, born in Vallejo, California in the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area. He has an Associate of Arts degree in Engineering, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Personnel Management, and a Master of Arts degree in English/Creative Writing. He lived through the political turmoil of the 1960s and 1970s and always wanted to create a written expression of those years. While "The Meat Eaters" is fiction, it is based on the actual climate of the times and was written with the hope of protraying those years as a time of refocusing on equal rights and the opportunities for all Americans.
