About the author
At 74, Frank Lobb is a former Navy pilot, DuPont general manager and consultant on the Clean Air Act. What he is not and never has been is an attorney. However, after being denied the coverage and care needed to save the life of his wife, Frank pursued his insurance company through 4 courts and over 10 years to learn how an insurer could not only deny the care and coverage his wife needed, but also deny Frank the right to pay for the care with his own money. What he eventuall forced the insurer to disclose is all contained in his wistle-blower's book "The Great Health Care Fraud." But most important, the book reveals how you can ignore the decisions of your health care insurance company and claim the coverage and care you need every single time --- information that simply isn't available anywhere else and the insurance industry wants to keep hidden!
