"The Daily Adventures of Annalise and Buster: Fun with Grandparents" is a fabulous example of how the small things in life can bring the greatest joy. Annalise is the only grandchild of many grandparents. Along with her best friend Buster, she finds family time filled with love, imagination, fun, and adventure. From digging up flowers in a garden, to splashing in a pool, to the thrill of the movie house to exploring the outdoors, this enchanting book is a wonderful example of just how adventurous a day can be.
Annalise is a four-year-old with a zest for life and an imagination to match. She loves to have adventures with her favorite stuffed cat, Buster, springing to life at will. Annalise finds adventures in everyday living. Visiting grandparents proves to be not only adventurous but full of love and excitement. In this delightful book, Annalise introduces the reader to her grandparents. She demonstrates that age makes no difference when finding joy in others. Young readers can relate to Annalise's thoughts and feelings as well as her comprehension of the people and places around her. Adult readers will enjoy her bubbly spin on seemingly mundane aspects of life and find renewed wonder through the eyes of a child.
