About The Author


Susan Gibson is a cook in a casino hotel, she has won several cooking competitions and won many ribbons at the Ventura County Fair in California. She attended Ventura public schools and Ventura College. Both her mother and stepfather and large extended family worked in the retail bakery industry, which helped familiarize her with bakery products.
