Overview
This book is for those that still remember their first real kiss or their first black eye. This is for those who remember their cuts and bruises and scrapes and the fun they had getting them. This is for those that still remember their first broken heart and the tears that they shed from it. This is for those that can still remember the "guys." The bullies and the bookworms, the jokers and the jesters and the tubbies and the tom boys. This is for the ones that remember that feeling that we had when were just trying to find a way to make sense of it all without a blueprint or a guideline. This is for the ones always trying make it to the other side of adolescence unscathed amid the peer pressure and the fear of not fitting in. For all of pain and pleasures of that time, most of us made it through. Some did not. I often hear people say that "if you could go back, to what age." For all of its wonders and memories, I would have to pass. If I were to change one second of that time I would not be here writing this book that I have thoroughly enjoyed reminiscing. However, it is just a place to visit. In my did all those memories happen that way? If not, I'll keep those memories fact or fiction , alway close to my heart.

About the author
Me, I am just another "Boomer" on this side of the grass. For the most part, I enjoy writing Gospel Music. It was a long time getting saved, but I came to realize, is this life all there is? It is not. I still work full-time and have no plans to retire. However, I am going to fill you in on my most famous phrase in the whole world, and it is this: "Do you want to hear God laugh? Tell him what you are doing tomorrow." If you really and truly want to know something about the author? Here it is: simply go to YouTube and type in my name, Monte Combs, and it will tell you all about me that you really need to know. Again, if you truly want to know about the author first hand, check out Youtube.
