Description
Sometimes something happens that is pure, simple, delightful and profound. "The Calf and The Dog" takes us on such a happening. From an actual, real-life neighborhood visit of Maggie, a dog, to nearby Bullet, a calf, a very unlikely friendship is established between them. It becomes a unique and lasting friendship. Sensitively-drawn illustrations chronicle the loving nature of these visits. Maggie and Bullet teach both children and adults the value of acceptance, friendship, love and tolerance.
