Regardless of Political Persuasion, every American wants to believe that the law protects the "Weak From The Strong" and every citizen from his or her own government.  Most people are not naive about the law.  Nearly everyone believes that the Justice System is broken!  Our prisons are overflowing with men and women convicted of crimes existing only in the minds of legislators who write the laws and prosecutors who put as many people in prison as they can to pad their own resumes.  They are not judged on how well they serve justice.  They are judged by how many people they incarcerate!

This is a story about our personal journey through Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy Courts and the Criminal Justice System.  It could happen to you!!!! We have a system often geared to enhancing Legal, and sometimes Political Careers.  We have a Criminal Justice System with too many opportunities for generating defendants, too few restrictions on prosecutors and an ongoing corrosion of morality of law.  It tells our story of losing life's possessions and experiencing forced separation because of incarceration, for an offense with "NO" victims.  Our story shows a side of America's Legal System that is something quite different from what the Founding Fathers intended.   

Sydney "Jack" and Lorie live in S.W. Florida.  They have been together for 22 years and married for 17 years.  They attend Living Waters Church and continue to be thankful everyday for all their blessings!
