Tangle with Fire is a coming-of-age story following the journey of a mischievous 15-year-old, Aidan, who after witnessing his father's murder and the awakening of his magical abilities, has to protect his family and the kingdom from a power-hungry sorcerer.

Tangle with Fire is a coming-of-age YA sci-fi/ fantasy tale following the journey of a fifteen-year-old boy, Aidan. Known for his pranks and lies, no one believes him when he is the only witness to his father's murder, and the killer disappears. Not only that, but magic manifests for the first time in Aidan when a wild animal tries to snatch his father's body off the pack animal and fire shoots from Aidan's fingers at the beast. He must learn to control his impulsiveness and take responsibility in order to save his family and the kingdom from an angry, power-hungry sorcerer.
