It was her dream to launch a place for people to find healthy, nutritious prepared meals and snacks in a friendly, family-oriented setting. Her son, Jake, oversees all store operations while her husband, John, manages the kitchens. Josephine co-hosts a radio show titled "The Love to Live Healthy Show" with her son on KJOY 98.3 FM. She ensures she emphasizes the importance of a family-run business where her clients, customers, and staff are all treated like family.
