Go to see ET Resder.   I was raised as a redneck. I became a scientist (a redneck scientist). I've been on several adventures and I've been a writer my whole life.  I now live in Laguna Beach and I think I am the only redneck here. I started writing to entertain my friends. I often gave people gifts of stories or poems. They were all originals and never copied. Some people still have them. Although I have achieved some things, my closest friends, and even strangers that have heard my work, have often told me to walk away from everything else and be a full time writer.
