POWWOW KITCHEN is a unique publication celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Gathering of Nations Pow Wow. The Gathering of Nations Pow Wow takes place each April in Albuquerque New Mexico. The Native festival features over three thousand Native dancers, singers and other performers, along with the crowning of Miss Indian World, the Indian Traders Market, and the Traditional Horse and rider regalia Parade. Let us not forget the Native food court, featuring the best in native and traditional foods. The POWWOW KITCHEN brings to the kitchen environment great recipes, photographs by three fantastic photographers, the art of the Gathering of Nations and the sounds of Native music.
