About The Author

Kathleen Gwynne grew up in Dover, Ohio, on a farm with a pond just like the one in Ponder's story. She and her brother spent many lazy summer days around the pond – catching fish, looking for turtles and frogs, and feeding the ducks. Today, she lives in Central Ohio with her husband, son, and their dogs. She also has grown-up kids and a granddaughter who live in the Pacific Northwest and the Outerbanks of North Carolina. She has been writing short stories since she was a little critter herself, but Ponder is her first published book.
