Kate Gwynne grew up in Dover, Ohio, on a farm with a pond just like the one in the story. She and her brother spent many lazy summer days around the pond - catching fish, looking for turtles and frogs, and feeding the ducks.
Today, Kate lives in Central Ohio with her husband, son, and their 3 dogs - Daisy, Gilly, and Ruby. She also has grown-up kids and a grand-daughter who live in the Pacific Northwest and the Outerbanks of North Carolina.
Kate has been writing short stories since she was a little critter herself, but Ponder is her first published book. Thank you for taking time to read it!
