The poetry was selected from a thousand poems by Bob McAfee, each chosen to illustrate a feeling inspired by a given picture. Through the years, by bike or by foot, Judy Lipsky's camera has been at the ready, her eye on the beauty and the honesty of the natural world. Her images are of a knight's armor in a cornfield, a giant moon falling into winter trees, a bridge over a troubled stream, a rainbow evanescing into golden clouds.

Judy Lipsky has been a professional photographer and hobbyist for forty years. Her nature and travel photographs have been in numerous exhibits and private collections. She and her husband live near Boston.
