Sheila is a retired healthcare worker who worked in pediatric & senior care facilities. She was elected to the city council, serving for three years and holding the Council President position. Sheila was the school's Home & School Association president for 12 years. She is retired from all active public service due to a medical condition. She lives with her husband of 52 years in a quiet rural community in New Jersey.
