About The Author

While writing this book, I wanted to share my story and show the immense gratitude I have for my heritage and my Catholic faith. I have been working in graphic design and the fine arts for over 40 years. My teaching years also reflected the grace and positive attitude brought on by this conversion. The spiritual relationship I have with my Lord, Jesus Christ, and my love for the Blessed Mother prompted me to complete it. Currently, I live in Gilbert, Arizona with my younger sister, my two pups and one strange cat. I had so much delight illustrating the recipes, I love cooking, and I hope the book can also inspire others to cook with a happy heart. While I am enjoying retirement, I am working on another book and teaching painting/drawing.
