Overview
Modern Medicine is an entertaining how-to on utilizing the teaching of a specific Medicine Wheel in order to better understand who we are and how we function in the world. Self-governance, which refers to the way we conduct ourselves and our self-perception, is explored through teachings and personal ceremonies. Find inner peace, harmony, and your life's purpose within the pages of Modern Medicine. With three separate sections, each of which builds upon the previous, readers will learn the process of exploring who they are and how they function. With practical exercises presented in the form of a personal ceremony, the reader will learn how to use these teachings in everyday life. Modern Medicine was written to fulfill requests from readers of Wes Hamil's previous work—readers who wanted a hands-on, how-to approach to those concepts and information. Great care was taken to distill years of practice into a concise, entertaining book that can be revisited repeatedly as the reader gains experience from the teachings and information contained within.
