Memoirs in BLUE

This book will take you from the early days of my life as I re-live it, and you see it through the retrospective mirror of my eyes. Hopefully you will be equally amazed reading this book as I was writing it. I will delve deep into the darkest area of my experiences, from childhood to adulthood, taking you from my earliest days, growing up in New York , and then working as a New York City Transit Cop, through my experience as a New York City Detective. I will take you through the accounts on the day of September 11, 2001, where I was watching from my office window, approximately one mile away, while events unfolded in front of me.

William R. Perry Sr.,is a 20 year veteran of the New York City Police Department, of which 13 years was within the Internal Affairs Bureau. William R. Perry Sr. retired in 2005 and moved to SW Florida, where he worked for the Cape Coral Police Department, as a Crime Analyst, and also was a member or their elite Hostage Negotiation Team, where he worked as their Tech Guy. Bill Perry has lectured several professional organizations, including Busey Bank on Identity Theft and Cell Phone Forensics. Bill Perry has been recognized by I.C.E., a division of Homeland Security for his outstanding diligence and expertise in locating & documenting electronic evidence, which as a result aided in putting away a criminal in a federal prison.
