About the author

The author feels he was born to be a writer and a teller of stories. Raised in a small town in Michigan, his childhood was classic Americana. His parents instilled in him solid family values. A love for God and how to be a good Christian, a patriot, and know the value of hard work. Always a lover of the outdoors, he spent many hours hunting, fishing, exploring the outdoors. Always the dreamer, he started writing down stories at an early age. He served six years in the Army, married, and raised four children. He often quips, "Having a family, a career, and making a living often gets in the way of our dreams. That is called hard reality." Now retired, living in northern Michigan with his wife of 46 years, he now can devote time to his passion for writing fiction. He writes in various genres, having completed more than a dozen manuscripts for eventual publication.
