In 2010, he was inducted into the 25 year club of BBB. Riggins has also represented BBBs on various national committees and an international board of directors considering updates in BBB policy. He has been interviewed for his expertise by the Wall Street Journal, Inside Edition, the Associated Press Fort Worth Star-Telegram and various business journals and Dallas-Fort Worth television stations.John holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Christian Brothers University.
