About the author
Soon after high school, Linda Means started working for one of the top health insurance companies in the nation and currently serves as Director of Network Operations with over 30 years experience in business and management. Throughout her career, Linda has led departments that consistently ranked among the highest in employee retention. Such results have often left upper management to ask, “How does Linda do it and why are her people so happy?” Linda says the truth of the matter boils down to two simple facts… 1. People want to know you care about them. 2. People want to feel they are an important part of something bigger than themselves. In addition to her work in the healthcare field, Linda has owned and operated a Modeling Firm and serves as a consultant to a Marketing and Sales company on issues of Management and Operations. Through hard work and dedication, Linda believes anyone can ascend the management ladder, regardless their circumstances. In her spare time, Linda enjoys spending time with family, vacationing, and embracing every minute.
