Grateful

Memoir written in haiku verse with watercolor illustrations by my daughter.

Inspired by the haiku of my friend, Rita Summers, I wrote the first 73 years of my life in haiku form, with the added inspiration of the watercolor art of my daughter, Megann Noyes-Watkins. The memoir is further depicted with backstories and photographs.

Charlotte Ann Noyes was born in Baltimore, although part of her heart lived in Plum Island, Massachusetts most of her life. She moved to Chicago and Boston, before settling in California, where she lives with her life mate, Clark Watkins. This is the story of her journey through 73 years, in haiku.
