God: Re-Writing the Rules

By Christopher

Overview

God is Jesus, Mohammad, or Buddha for most people on Earth. Each religion has rules that we must follow or there are consequences like eternal damnation. Man's rules are not necessarily God's rules. God's rules are within you and are simple, clear, clean and pure. Is God the same as Jesus, Mohammad or Buddha? Is there only one religion for me to get to heaven? What is the purpose of my life? Why are some people rich and other people poor? How do I get more joy in my life? Can I watch over my children after I die?

About The Author

Born and raised in the United States but travel throughout the world. Was raised Catholic and went to a Catholic school until 9th grade. Married a Lutheran and became an elder. Joined and became involved with a mega church with a pastor who broadcasts on television. Witness to a lot of rules, people say are God's rules. Prayed and meditated to God for truth. Was hoping to find meaning, purpose and reasons of why things are the way they are. When I began to meditate, the difference between God's rules and man's rules became much more clear. God sets his/her own rules. God's truth is much more simple than many of the rules, rituals and requirements we have been told we must follow. God's truth is in all of us. God's truth is rich and deep. Want to write to help others feel love, peace and comfort that comes when you see God through a God perpective instead of the limiting perspective we were likely raised with.
