About the author
Rand Milone has been a free-lance writer since 1976. Living in Ventura, California, he enjoys drinking wine, reading, playing piano and guitar, baseball and spending time with his wife, son and daughter. He has one grandson. Being a lover of history, he often spends his days studying times of greater simplicity, when the scope of survival for many was not so obligatory, and the human drama of good and evil was more prophetically tragic. More creative than he is practical; Rand is a fan of great storytelling, of great movie-making, of great music, and of the calamity of bitter, ageless love.
As author of the ‘Ghost’ series, his four books of the life of Elena Welles are his greatest work of literature. It is a tale inspired by cultural icons, heroines, desperate villains, great bravery, helpless failure and impossible love. To date, Ghost of Ellen’s Harbor is his greatest work.
