About the author

Justin McLennan is a certified life coach and co-founder of Living with Shape, a program dedicated to engaging and motivating today’s youth to live an inspired and balanced life. Justin currently works with kids of all ages to increase their awareness of healthy living through mindfulness, physical training, and through incorporating valuable life lessons into short and long-term goal setting. Justin dedicates himself to helping children find their passion and become the best version of themselves. This series is written in a creative, fun way to incorporate life lessons that will hopefully motivate our youth to live a healthy lifestyle.
