Roger began his career at a pioneer, award-winning advertising, marketing and promotions company that
serviced local and international brands.
Roger later established his own advertising, promotions and marketing agency. Here, he supported an impressive portfolio of local and international clients with their branding practices. Always ready for a new challenge, he started part time lecturing at some of the most renowned educational institutions in the country. Roger shared his insights and working understanding about an ever-evolving consumer market environment to anyone who cared to gain market advantage for themselves and their customers. This career deflection sparked
an interest for coaching. This led to his Certification as a Professional Trainer and soon, a multitude of recipients who have benefited from his sessions, from employer and employee ownership to brand building, entrepreneurship, customer relationship strategies, and successful Internet Marketing tactics.
His amazing drive soon took the form of a new company, Business Butler SB, as well as a string of other business
interests, from Property Development to Retail, HR Consultancy, FMCG, Internet Marketing and Premium Gifts.
