About the author
In the year 1952, I was born in Powell, Wyoming. I contracted polio in 1953 and spent the rest of my life with only the use of my left arm. We grew up on a ranch in Wyoming, and I spent most days outside, working or playing.
At about the age of sixteen I began writing poetry to various friends. Nothing stuck but the poetry!
I bounced from ranch life into the trucking world and brought my verse with me.
I was addicted to rhyme, rhythms, cadences, and emotions. The business world beaconed, and I responded. I rhymed and versed my way into a transportation trade group, and I wrote professionally in trade magazines on industry topics.
This poetry book reflects on my experiences as man of faith, a business owner, a husband, and a father.
