Emergency Manners

Finally, a silly but insightful book about the absurdities staff in the Emergency Department deal with daily. The lack of manners and entitlement is illustrated with comedy and examples mainly. A small glimpse of the unnecessary drama, in addition to taking care of the critically ill and traumas. When people talk about their emergencies, they tend to omit the fact that they did not behave quite perfectly. I'm sure that part is left out inadvertently. As professionals, we are expected to work tirelessly. To do our jobs cheerfully and perfectly; all while dealing with uncertainty. However, we will still strike a nerve, undoubtedly.
