dear diary

darkness has followed me since before i can remember. i've become accustomed to it's weight on my shoulders similarly to the way you get used to the feeling of sitting on your wallet. i've compiled a collection of journal entries and poems that demonstrate the pain and hopelessness i've survived and eventually that darkness transmutes to light and to healing. i hope to provide solace to the broken, wandering souls that are living through the hard days and still holding out hope that the good days will return. i can promise you that you are not alone and that you are beyond capable of surviving and also that you are deserving of the light at the end of the tunnel.
