Abby is a wife and a mother of two teenagers. She was born and raised in a small but vibrant town on the Island of Puerto Rico. She developed a deep passion for exploration and adventure from a young age. However, 2019 was a tumultuous year for her as she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Suddenly, she struggled with overwhelming physical and mental fatigue, a condition that can affect individuals differently and a chronic condition that must be managed to avoid setbacks. With determination and plenty of self-care and understanding, she adjusted her life accordingly to stay active, caring for her two children with her husband, all while balancing the needs of her chronic illness. Now, she advocates for individuals with chronic illnesses, helping them live with and learn from their conditions in the most comfortable way possible.
