Do you want better results in your business?
Stephen is the author of the award-winning book; "Business Execution for RESULTS" winner in the "Management" category of the 2014 Small Business Book Awards in the USA. He's written articles on strategy and management for The Economist magazine and delivered seminars and workshops around the world.
As a consultant, Stephen has assisted hundreds of companies in the USA, Canada, NZ, and Australia, with strategic planning, business execution, and management best practices.
He was part of RESULTS.com leadership team for 13 years. He designed the consulting methodology and managed a global team of more than 50 strategy consultants. Later on, he helped design RESULTS' SaaS software functionality, which aligned employee goals with company strategy and facilitates meetings and communications.
With unique insights into the operations of thousands of growth firms around the world, he's seen what really works (and what doesn't) in terms of strategic planning, business execution, goal setting, tracking performance, running effective meetings, managing business operations, building sales and customer success processes, training frontline managers, holding employees accountable, and how to coach performance.
Fun facts: Stephen was 'Mr. New Zealand' bodybuilding champion 1993, and competed in NZ's Strongest Man competition, an event that included him pulling a Kenworth truck, rolling cars, and lifting 410 Kg (903 lb) barbells. The event was described on TV as being like "A screen test for a Schwarzenegger movie".
