About the author
Conya Gilmore is the founder of Rising Rooted Yoga and Herbal Apothecary. She is a graduate of Howard University and Sacred Vibes Apothecary Herbal Apprenticeship. Her fluid teaching style is grounded by her Blue Ridge Mountain roots fueling her commitment to healing communities through plant medicine, breathing, and movement. Conya teaches and lives in Virginia with her family.
