The Alexander Technique has far-reaching consequences in our lives, not only on a physical level; it can greatly change our mental and emotional outlook on life.
About the author
Richard Brennan is an Alexander Technique teacher, author and Director of Training at the Alexander Technique Centre based in Galway, Ireland. Richard is the author of five books on the Alexander Technique which are translated into eight languages, and a further two books on the topic of stress. His new book on back pain, Back in Balance, is due for publication in 2013.
