About the author
I have two masters both in Clinical Social Work and Criminal Justice. I have worked in the mental health field for over 25 years at different levels and capacities. My career has taken me from working in the justice system, to inpatient, outpatient care, hospice, in the school system, and Program Director for multiple mental health programs. I have worked with amazing people and helped and supported amazing patients. I am proud of my career since it has taught me to work with a diverse population of all race and gender.
