All of which are created by the author, they consist of pen and ink, graphite drawings, oil painings, and photographics. A is for Arbol; (ahr-bohl) which is the Spanish word for Tree. B is for Bougie; (boo’-she) which is the French word for Candle. C is for Chalice; (cha-les) which is the Old English word for Goblet. D is for Diş; (dish) which is the Turkish word for Tooth. through Z is for Zhíshēngjī; (gee-shunc-tee) which is the Chinese word for Helicopter.

About the author

Julio R. "Zorro" Lopez Jr., is an American born artist whose works have been exhibited in publications, and institutions throughout the United States and abroad. The Artist earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington’s School of Art specializing in the fine arts. Additionally, he has earned a Master’s of Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU). He currently lives and works in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. The artist works predominantly in the medium of ink, but is not limited to other mediums such as graphite, ceramics, photography, fabrics, oils, acrylics, water colors, metals, glass, charcoal, sculpture, etching, and lithography. His ink illustrations are a landmark in amazing cross-hatch, shading, and contain a beautiful sense of balance and composition.
