When our passing does arrive, the family's grief can be unbearable. But the decisions are still required to be made immediately after your last breath, and your survivors may be left with little to no time to think things through or have an opportunity to discuss any decisions with other family members. About the author
Catherine Pacheco has worked in the Real Estate and Banking Industry over forty years. During her career, multiple families have come to her for her expertise associated with the retention or sale of the family home after the death of a family member.
She has witnessed their pain and grief associated with the loss of their loved one. And those who were left to make vital decisions at a moment's notice, often not knowing where to search for the deceased's vital information necessary to complete these decisions, were left vulnerable. Eventually, the stress of the final property division between siblings and other family members, did not always end well.
She has created this Book, as a tool, to assist you to provide your family YOUR vital information necessary to assist your survivors, to complete YOUR final wishes.
